Personal training ensures you are working out in the most effective way possible. All clients are offered regular fitness assessments so that we can ensure you are achieving the desired results.

1:1 Training: Focused on you and you alone, these sessions are tailored to meet your goals whilst ensuring you enjoy your workout and challenge yourself at every step.

Group training (maximum 3 people): Sometimes fitness is more fun with friends, so why not bring a couple along and share the benefits of personal training. This is an ideal option for couples wanting to improve their fitness together and ensures moral support, encouragement and healthy competition along the way.
