Group exercise

Group exercise can be a fun, rewarding experience and some clients find that the environment of a group exercise class spurs them on and increases their motivation. There are a variety of classes to suit different abilities and interests so we’ve included a description of each below.

Circuit training

Circuit training is a high energy aerobic all-over-body workout. This class is suitable for clients of all fitness levels as each exercise can be modified to suit your current ability. Typically, these classes last one hour and include a warm up and use of a variety of different equipment to ensure your body works to the max.

Cardio Box

For those who are interested in achieving the fitness levels of a kick boxer without the physical contact aspect.

Bootcamps

An outdoor adventure which will work you hard and burn some serious calories. These sessions are ideal for those wanting an extreme physical workout with fantastic results to both health and fitness.
